Quotations and Orders

Quotations

All quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotations are subject to site assessment and may be adjusted based on actual site conditions and requirements.

Orders

Orders are subject to acceptance by Richgrid Energy Solutions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment terms will be specified in your quotation or invoice.

Pricing and Payment

• All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise specified
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Payment terms are as specified in your invoice or agreement
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• We accept various payment methods including bank transfer, cash, and mobile payments

Installation Services

Site Assessment

A site assessment will be conducted before installation to determine the feasibility and requirements of the project. The customer must provide accurate information about the property and electrical system.

Installation Schedule

Installation dates are estimates and may be subject to change due to weather conditions, material availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer must:

• Provide safe and clear access to the installation area
• Ensure necessary permits and approvals are obtained
• Provide electrical infrastructure as specified
• Be present or designate a representative during installation

Warranties

Product Warranties

Products are covered by manufacturer warranties as specified in product documentation. Warranty periods vary by product type and manufacturer. Solar panels typically carry 25+ year warranties, batteries 10+ years, and inverters 5-10 years.

Installation Warranty

We provide a workmanship warranty on our installation services. The warranty period and terms will be specified in your installation agreement.

Warranty Limitations

Warranties do not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from natural disasters or force majeure events
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Failure to follow maintenance recommendations

Maintenance and Support

We offer maintenance and support services on a subscription or per-visit basis. Regular maintenance is recommended to ensure optimal system performance and may be required to maintain warranty coverage.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Richgrid Energy Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Richgrid Energy Solutions and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, natural disasters, or government actions.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

Amendments

Severability
